• Receive a $150 yearly allowance for work boots. The Boot Truck visits monthly, or submit receipts from other vendors for reimbursement.

• Get up to $120 yearly for regular prescriptions or $180 for bifocal prescriptions. Preferred provider: Moore Family Eye Care. Receipts from other vendors are reimbursable through payroll.
