- Superior Tire’s 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan helps employees save for retirement. You can join the first enrollment period after six months of service, with enrollment available every January 1st and July 1st. Contribute up to 50% of your pre-tax income, and Superior Tire matches 100% of the first 6%. The company may also provide an annual profit-sharing contribution.
- Plan funds are held by Vanguard and include a range of self-directed investment options, with statements available online anytime. Special hardship withdrawals are also allowed for emergencies, such as medical bills or tuition. This plan provides an excellent way to build long-term savings and grow your retirement funds effectively.
Tuition Reimbursement
- Employees taking job-related courses can receive a 50% tuition refund after completing the course. If the course is part of a larger program (e.g., high school diploma or associate degree),
the remaining 50% is reimbursed upon program completion. Incidental expenses, like books and lab fees, are covered by the employee unless the course is work-related and encouraged
by their supervisor.
Free Tuition to NPRC
- Employees are eligible for free tuition at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College, allowing them to pursue further education without the financial burden.
