The process is simple—submit your referral through HR, and once the candidate is successfully onboarded and completes the 60-day period, your bonus will be paid out.

• The Company Performance Bonus is an annual reward given near the end of the year, based on the company’s performance throughout the year. This bonus reflects how well the company achieves its financial and business goals, allowing employees to share in the success they help create.
