The process is simple—submit your referral through HR, and once the candidate is successfully onboarded and completes the 60-day period, your bonus will be paid out.

Company Bonus

• The Company Performance Bonus is a quarterly reward based on the company’s performance during that quarter. This bonus reflects how well the company meets its financial and business goals, giving employees the opportunity to share in the success they help create.
