Job Summary
As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with specified standards and procedures associated with CNC Machine Tool workcell manufacturing activities including but not limited to: safety and health, personnel deployment, workcell scheduling, workcell startup, equipment calibration and operation, documentation and records, material handling, waste disposal, equipment changeover and repair.

Key Duties
- Set-up and run CNC lathes to finish machine production tires
- Maintain necessary production to meet ship schedules and eliminate lateness
- Work with Group Leader to continually improve methods & work environment
- Must be able to use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers
- Keep equipment running to achieve & maintain on time delivery
- Be proficient in math and eager to learn new skills
Experience Required

Job Summary
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal products, such as frameworks or shells for machinery, ovens, tanks, and metal parts for buildings and bridges.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.
- Lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or uses templates.
- Set up and operate fabricating machines such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls, and routers to cut, bend, block and form or straighten materials.
- Shape metal material over anvil, block or other form using hand tools.
- Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff or smooth surfaces using hand tools or portable power tools.
- Welding experience is a plus.
