The Cushothane® EZ™ polyurethane load wheels for indoor forklifts and pallet jacks offer the highest traction in cold or wet floors, providing grip even on slippery floors.  Cushothane® EZ™ holds its softness and flexibility beyond the normal cold storage/freezer temperature range. The competitor’s harder compound and different chemistry quickly become harder and more brittle in regular cold storage/freezer temperatures, causing a harder ride, loss of traction, and chunking. We engineered the Cushothane® EZ™ to maintain high cut & tear resistance at low temperatures. Available in dual and triple wheel assemblies and can be purchased pre-assembled to include pressed-in bearings, spacers & axles  drop-in ready to save you time.

Assembly Options:

Dual and Triple Wheel Assemblies:

The optimal solution for pallet trucks that undergo frequent tight-turns typically found in single-direction style warehouse operations.  During cornering, the outside of a wheel tries to rotate faster to compensate for a larger turning radius. As a result, this can lead to one side of the load wheel to scuff and abraid quicker, leading to a common failure known as "coning". Splitting the longer width load wheel into 2 or 3 pieces not only solves the rotation differences, but also reduces heat build up to prevent bond failure.

Pre-Pressed Bearings, Spacers, and Axles:

All of our polyurethane load wheels can be purchased pre-assembled to include pressed in bearings, spacers & axles - drop in ready to save you time.
