- Prices will be those in effect at the time of shipment.

- Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. reserves the right to reject any or all orders.
Freight Policy
- Rubber Press-Ons and Cushomatic Tires are shipped F.O.B. Warren, PA. Shipments will be made freight "Prepaid" on shipments in excess of $1,500 net invoice. Portions of split shipments, made necessary for any reason, will be prepaid only on portions in excess of $1,500 net invoice. Portions of split shipments under $1,500 net invoice will be shipped freight "collect".
- Cushothane Press-Ons and Cushothane Load Wheels are shipped F.O.B. Warren, PA. Shipment will be made freight "Prepaid" on shipments within the U.S in excess of $500 net invoice. Portions of split shipments, made necessary for any reason, will be prepaid only on portions in excess of $500 net invoice. Portions of split shipments less than $500 net invoice will be shipped freight "Collect".
- Combined poly and rubber orders ship prepaid at $1,500 net invoice.
- All FedEx shipments are subject to a ~$5.00 small order handling charge which will be added to your invoice.
Returned Goods
- All products returned to Superior Tire & Rubber, for any reason, require a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- All returns are required to be shipped freight "Prepaid" at the shipper's expense. No freight "collect" shipments will be accepted.
- All returns made for allowance must be made within thirty (30) days of invoice and are subject to a minimum of restocking charge of 15%. Returns made for allowance after thirty (30) days of invoice are subject to a restocking charge not to exceed 50%. Obsolete sizes and styles not accepted for allowance.
Guarantee
- Every tire of our manufacture bearing the Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. name and serial number is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. If our examination shows such tire has failed under the terms of this agreement, we will either repair or replace it or make a reasonable allowance on the purchase of a new tire based on the tread remaining. Cost of service, transportation, and sales taxes will be borne by the owner making claim. No representative has authority to make any representation, promise, or agreement except as stated herein.
