Director of Engineering
Superior Tire & Rubber Corporation, Inc., a technical leader in Industrial Tires & Wheels, Heavy Equipment Components, and Engineered Elastomer Components located in Warren, PA, is recruiting a Director of Engineering. This newly created position has direct responsibility for all engineering - process, design, and testing, reporting to the VP of Operations. The position will work very closely with sales and marketing on new product development.
Qualified applicants must demonstrate:
• 10 years minimum professional experience with progressively greater responsibility.
• Direct supervisory experience of two or more technical professionals.
• A minimum of a BS in an engineering discipline, with an advanced degree preferred.
• A keen intellect with multi-dimensional problem solving and a commitment to life long learning.
